At 9 years old, Brooklyn was navigating autism along with frequent nightmares, sensory sensitivities, chronic constipation, and emotional ups and downs that made everyday life challenging. She often became overwhelmed by the world around her, and restful sleep had become rare for both Brooklyn and her family. Her birth took place during the height of the COVID pandemic, and over the years her parents noticed delays in reaching several developmental milestones.
During Brooklyn’s initial evaluation, we found signs that her nervous system was under significant stress. Her INSiGHT scans showed patterns consistent with a nervous system that was struggling to regulate and adapt.
We created a personalized care plan using gentle neurologically focused chiropractic care to help reduce stress on her nervous system and support better regulation.
Over the following months, Brooklyn’s family began noticing meaningful changes. She started sleeping through the night more consistently, her mood became more even, and she seemed better able to handle the world around her. Her parents also noticed she was interacting more positively with her siblings and enjoying family time in ways they hadn’t seen for quite some time.
Testimonial: “Brooklyn used to wake up crying almost every night, and it was really hard not being able to help her. Now she’s sleeping more peacefully, she’s happier during the day, and she’s even playing with her brother instead of getting overwhelmed. It finally feels like we’re actually moving forward instead of just trying to get through each day.”
