At 6 y/o JP came into our office struggling with bladder control, behavioral issues, eczema, gluten sensitivities, motor and speech delays, and had been diagnosed with autism. He had gone through the classic perfect storm of prenatal stress, birth trauma, and early childhood stressors to contribute to nervous system stress and dysfunction that had completely changed his development and health. After listening to he and his mom’s story we knew exactly where to look, using our neurological insight scans we found that he was struggling with tension and asymmetries that were exhausting his nervous system, causing dysregulation in the nervous system and shifting him into a state of “fight or flight”.
We were able to measure this and show exactly how this was affecting his development and overall health, and create a plan to help him repair & regulate. After his first few adjustments JP was already receiving raving feedback from his movement therapist about his movement, and his eczema started to clear up. Just a few weeks into care he began regulating his bladder control and behavioral issues. Now, JP is alert, taking in his environment, connecting with family, and starting to put together full sentences. He loves getting adjusted, and hops straight on the table every time! Mom has seen such great progress that both she and JP’s sister are now under care with us too!
Testimonial: “Dr Gage is great! We've seen great progress! We have successfully transitioned off of gluten, his eczema is gone, his coach is mentioning his improvements, and his emotions are much more regulated. He has also been a chatter box lately which has been great to see! Now my daughter and I are under care to work on some of our own challenges and co-regulate as a family with him!
